Our client a leading Real Estate Investor are seeking a Property Management lead to join their thriving team based in London
Responsibilities will include overseeing strategic operations across a commercial property portfolio with a focus on fostering relationships with management agents to ensure service delivery consistently meets or exceeds expectations. You will serve as the senior point of contact for tenants/occupiers addressing issues as they arise and ensuring they receive a worldclass level of service. Working closely with the Asset Management and Technical teams youll plan set budgets for and oversee maintenance repairs and capital projects across the portfolio. You will also play a key role in driving ESG initiatives implementing sustainability strategies and continuous operational improvements to maximize the value and performance of property assets.
Candidates are likely to have a background in property management working either for similar real estate investors or managing agents. Critically you should have experience managing a portfolio of commercial properties with a solid understanding of buildings services processes and compliance/legislation along with demonstrableleadership/people management skills and a flair for customer service.
