We are seeking an experienced Recruiter Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months to 34 years of experience in the recruitment industry preferably with experience in a recruitment firm. The role involves screening CVs sourcing potential candidates and managing the recruitment process for various positions in our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for endtoend recruitment process from sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding of candidates.
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals social media referrals and other creative methods.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future job openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve recruitment targets and goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
At least 6 months to 34 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a recruitment firm.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using job portals and social media for sourcing candidates.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
