Job Description
Your Role
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with various departments to gather document and analyze business requirements related to sales processes due out the Lead to cash process chain
- Process Analysis and process mining: Evaluate existing sales processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Use datadriven insights to support your recommendations.
- System Design: Work with Technical product owners to design and implement technology solutions that streamline sales processes including ERP (SAP SD ; SAP S/4 Hana Sales) and CRM systems and customer frontend applications.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Enablement: Enable business stakeholders with the e2e process understanding on implications whenever changes on the process are foreseen.
- Project Management: Assist in managing projects related to sales process improvements ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct testing of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements and function as intended.
Your Profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a sales or marketing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP (SAP S4/Hana SD Module with expertise in settlement management and pricing procedures) CRM software (Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel PowerBI) as well as project management software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make datadriven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with sales process automation and optimization.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
