Your Mission
- Conceptualize and drive 360 campaigns: Develop and execute attentiongrabbing ideas and strategic messaging for integrated campaigns that span print digital social (LinkedIn and YouTube) and beyond.
- Craftengagingcopy:Write inspiring headlines persuasive copy and any other textualelementalways with an eye toward clarity and impact.
- Social media community building:Manage and growourpresence on LinkedIn YouTube and relevant industry forums by fostering meaningful discussions.
- Optimize & experiment:Stay ahead of platform (LinkedIn & YouTube) and industry trendsidentifyand test new concepts adapt content formats and topics to maximize reach and engagement.
- Generatesurprisingcreativeideas:Go beyond theexpectedto propose bold concepts(e.g.social brand campaigns)that resonate withtechnicalaudiences.
- Drivecontentacrosschannels:Conceive and produce both classic and digital materials including brochures and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally: Partner with our design growth product marketing and other team members to ensure alignment meet deadlines and deliver on company objectives.
Your Experience
- Proven agency experience:Several years of professional writing experience in leading creative agencies.
- Exceptionalwritingskills:Youpossessan outstanding writing style and can translate even the most complex topics into clear accessiblecopy.
- Multichannelexpertise:Wellversed in both analog and digital realms understanding how to adapt tone and style across formats.
- Forwardthinkingmindset:You prefer tothink outside the boxand challenge conventional boundaries.
- Coolunderpressure:Youmaintaina structured approach and level head even under tight deadlines and fastpaced conditions.
- Bilingualfluency:You havea very goodcommand of both German and English ensuring topquality output for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently:While staying aligned with marketing goals and deadlines.
