As an important element of the Thriving Student Model provide broadspectrum brief counseling and psychotherapy psychological assessment and testing consultation case management/care coordination and crisis intervention to students. Participate in Centers collaborative care services provided in coordination with our Student Health Center colleagues. Participate in culturally responsive outreach training and liaison activities and provide services to diverse and underserved populations. Participate in the APA approved doctoral internship and other training programs by providing supervision and training to interns and other trainees. Provide administrative and clinical supervision to unlicensed staff members. Serve as campus and professional organizations liaison. Provide outreach including psychological consultation and psychoeducational programming to students faculty and staff. Provide afterhours emergency coverage on a rotating basis and other afterhours services as needed. Fulfill other responsibilities as indicated and assigned. Adhere to professional ethics standards as mandated by state licensing board. Comply with immunization requirements as mandated by local medical authorities and recommended by the Center for Disease Control. Periodically this position may be asked to lead or contribute to either ad hoc or ongoing division/campus projects outside the scope of their daytoday activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Allocation of time to direct services
Individual and group counseling and psychotherapy for students psychological assessment case management/care coordination
Crisis intervention
Coverage of Center triage hours
Afterhours emergency coverage (rotated among staff typically no more than 67 weeks per year)
Consultation and outreach
Training and clinical supervision of interns and other trainees
Administration following Center policies and procedures
Background check: Successful completion of a preemployment background check.

The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience education and other factors including departmental budget.
