LANDSCAPE DESIGNER
KSP seeks an accomplished Landscape Designer with 13 years of experience with diverse knowledge of landscape architecture principles and practices and committed to exceptional design and project documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Generate/coordinate high quality illustrations 3D renderings construction document sets and presentation materials
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and manage small midscale landscape architecture projects
- Familiar with construction materials details methods and standards
QUALIFICATIONS- 13 years experience in a recognized Landscape Architecture firm
- A bachelors or masters degree from an accredited landscape architecture program
- Produce drawings and specifications from the schematic stage through construction documentation
- Proficiency in Revit/BIM 360 AutoCAD GIS Adobe Suite Bluebeam Lumion Rhino and rendering/3D modeling software and file sharing. (hand drawing skills a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Deltek MS Project and Newforma preferred
- Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to take initiative in response to direction from project managers directors and partners
- Excellent visual verbal and written communication skills
- Must be eligible to work in the United States. All applicants who are not US citizens must describe their work status including visa type and duration
JOB TYPE:Fulltime Exempt
LOCATION:Reports primarily to officewith some remote work flexibility
COMPENSATION:Salary rangeis $58000 $70000. Actualwage is dependent upon education skills and experience. We also offer comprehensive employee benefits.
