Brief Description of the Job
- Support for sales configurators (e.g. KSBase and Easyselect) in case of application problems
- Incident handling with ticket systems to support key users (JIRA and Assyst)
- Creation and updating of user manuals and training materials for KSBase and EasySelect
- Creation of FAQs & Readmes
- Creation and updating of user documentation
- Maintenance of our internal knowledge database for support
- Support during the test phases of the sales configurators
- Database maintenance (users currency factors permissions)
- Creation and maintenance of authorization concepts
- Conducting basic and advanced training
Classification:equal to beginner of testing team / ask HR on local side
Requirements for Applicants
- 3year commercial training and several years of experience in the IT environment
- Enjoy working with software
- Basic SAP knowledge desirable
- EasySelect knowledge (document creation linking with SAP transfer to SAP)
- Experience in sales desirable
- Sociable communicative team player
- Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel
