RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively manage the coordination of the project delivery while ensuring that all the necessary contributors from various teams are actively involved.
- Identify the responsible key contributors within and coordinate effective knowledge management.
- Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with established processes and work procedures and in compliance with BASF policies and local company legal and statutory requirements.
- Work with the respective teams on the project to determine the scope of work and timeline as well as budget for the project delivery.
- You collaborate between various teams to ensure timely solutions to the project progress
- Provide quality supervision and support for direct and indirect parties involved in the project to ensure all scope of delivery and reporting activities are executed accurately in a timely manner.
- Manage project work of scope and resolving of issues via way of interaction with the necessary key stakeholders and the development of solutions.
- To ensure all legal compliance is adhered to this includes statutory government and industrial relations matters
- Regularly conduct reviews to ensure that issues within the project delivery are recognized and resolved in a timely and orderly manner
- You independently take responsibility for project works in the EMEA HR Services unit and play an active role in crossteams optimization
- Networking : you network across the project organization and regional teams for effective delivery of the project
QUALIFICATIONS
- Successfully completed bachelor or masters degree in HR or Projects preferable but not necessary)
- 5 years of fundamental experience in HR Projects
- Strong SAP HR /Payroll/Finance experience 2 years
- Additional knowledge and/or experience in Payroll for EMEA countries
- Fluent English is required German as advantage.
- Profound exposure to HR projects involving system changes and system implementations.
- Understanding of HR system fundamentals
