Job Description
- Lead the design architecture and management of Enterprise Directory Services within the organization ensuring high availability scalability and security.
- Oversee the configuration administration and troubleshooting of Active Directory (AD) backend systems including DNS GPO and DHCP in an enterprise environment.
- Architect and implement robust Active Directory solutions ensuring best practices for security performance and disaster recovery.
- Manage and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPO) to configure and secure user and system environments.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AD with other enterprise applications and services.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and processes enhancing the directory service operations to align with business objectives.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for complex AD issues.
- Mentor and guide junior AD administrators fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Maintain detailed documentation of AD configurations policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest AD technologies trends and best practices to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Active Directory Administration: Expertise in managing largescale AD implementations in enterprise environments.
- DNS GPO and DHCP: Advanced knowledge of these components within Active Directory.
- Architecture and Design: Experience in designing and optimizing directory services for large organizations.
- ITIL Foundation: Strong knowledge of ITIL processes ensuring compliance with IT service management practices.
- Security and Best Practices: Implementing AD security measures ensuring data integrity and protection.
