We are seeking an experienced PreLitigation Attorney for our Los Angeles office.
You will be a part of a fastpaced team environment and will have all the needed support to allow you to focus on the proper workup of all cases in preparation for settlement or handoff to the litigation team. The position will have a dedicated prelitigation team assisting on all cases including intake assistants paralegals medical records specialists lien specialists negotiators and even staff specialized in documenting the closeout of settled cases. We need someone who can exemplify the heart drive excitement and pure honest buyin that all employees at Thompson Law Injury Lawyers believe daily.
Total Compensation Package:
- Base pay starts at $150000$200000. But aside from showing up for your base pay the real opportunities lie in your guaranteed bonuses paid MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY and the opportunity for unlimited performancebased bonuses. Total compensation is limited only by your ambition to build grow and produce results for our clients.

Qualifications:
- 10 years experience preferably with at least 3 years of personal injuryrelated experience whether on the plaintiff or defense side of the docket.
- Willingness and ability to interact with clients adjusters and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.
- Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary. This role will require the handson management of many cases and firm employees. You will have the opportunity to work with and grow yourself and your team for the benefit of our clients.
- Engaging straightforward and committed to advocating for others.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish speaking.
