Division Description
Cosma Castings Michigan (CCMI) a division of Magna International is located in Battle Creek Michigan. We are a casting and assembly facility that manufactures automotive body components for GM Ford FCA Honda and other aftermarket customers. We operate a 300000squarefoot facility with approximately 500 employees. Summary of Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Attain safety quality and productivity goals
- Troubleshoot plant facilities and production equipment problems
- Maintain and update equipment records schematics blueprints and files in orderly fashion
- Obtain training for professional development and to stay current on maintenance and safety requirements
- Complete all work in accordance with OSHA NEC JIC and DNR standards and regulations
Key Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Electrical Journey Worker Card or Master License; or equivalent twoyear educational degree program
- Experience working within a manufacturing facility
- You must be available for overtime as needed
- You must pass a urine drug screen background check and physical capability examination.
