These are the roles we offer:
We are looking for new colleagues for performing production work in one of the seven areas: Coating & Laminating Dye House DIY Rewind Sputtering Metalizing and Silicone. All positions will report and work under the general supervision of a Team Manager. Primary responsibilities include:
Perform start up and shut down of operating equipment.
Monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
Maintain production area and participate in housekeeping/safety/environmental inspections.
Load and unload items from machines carts and dollies.
Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
Perform preventative and routine maintenance
Identify process deviations and perform root cause/corrective action
Other duties as assigned

This is what you bring:
High School Diploma/GED Required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must meet minimum Workkeys Assessment ratings
Further requirements specific to these roles:
You understand and follow all safety procedures
You are willing to work 12 hour rotating shift schedules
Familiar with basic computer functions such as creating sending and receiving email and data entry
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Understand mechanical fundamentals and how to apply them to properly operate and maintain the performance of the equipment within their area of responsibility
