We are looking for a Pastoral Support Officer to join a welcoming school in Wandsworth from September 2025. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact by supporting students social emotional and behavioural needs.
The Role of a Pastoral Support Officer & Requirements:
- Provide emotional and behavioural support to students across the school.
- Work closely with teachers parents and external agencies to promote student wellbeing.
- Support attendance safeguarding and behaviour management initiatives.
- Act as a mentor for students helping them overcome challenges and achieve their potential.
- Keep accurate records of interventions and student progress.
- Experience in a pastoral or student support role is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
