OnCall


(Weekend/Evening)



Job Title: Corporate Sitter (Weekend or Evenings)

(SIGNING BONUS) $100 (Based on Availability)

(Longevity Bonus) $150

Position Overview:

We are seeking a few evening & weekend Corporate Sitters to join our elite team of professional oncall backup caregivers at AMP Placement! This flexible role is perfect for individuals who can work a few days during the week or on weekends.

This position is ideal for a caregiver who thrives in a fun and dynamic environment and enjoys working with children of various ages from infants to schoolaged children.

Care is provided in family homes for our exclusive partner hotels and for local events. Flexibility to travel to different locations within the DC MD and VA areas is required.


Schedule Options:

  • Work primarily evenings 4:00 PM 10:00 PM) on occasions when needed
  • Work primarily Weekends 8:00 AM 6:00 PM) or 4:00 PM 10:00 PM) on occasions when needed


Starting Salary:

  • $18 $20/hour with potential for bonus pay



Responsibilities:

  • Provide engaging ageappropriate care for children (infants to 9 years old)
  • Travel to various family homes hotels or event venues
  • Deliver exceptional professional childcare and follow our high standards of service


General Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 13 years of professional verifiable childcare experience

(nanny paid babysitter teacher teachers assistant/paraprofessional daycare worker camp or recreation worker au pair pediatric nurse etc.

  • Skills: Experience caring for infants through schoolaged children
  • Age: Minimum of 18 years old
  • Availability: Have at least 23 days per weekday or 2 4 weekend days per month availability for weekend or evening shift


Special Job Requirements for Bonuses Eligibility:

  • Full Evenings Availability: Have at least 45 evenings availability 4:00 PM 10:00 PM)
  • Full Weekend Availability: Have at least 3 weekends days per month availability

8:00 AM 6:00 PM) or 4:00 PM 10:00 PM)

  • Must submit an official company application within 24 hours of responding to job post
  • Must submit request documents within 48 hours of responding to job post
  • Must submit set an official virtual interview within 72 hours of responding to job post
  • Must respond to our messages within 24 hours

These requirements are intended to demonstrate candidates professionalism genuine interest in the position and eligibility for bonuses.

Other General Job Requirements:

  • Transportation:
    • Valid drivers license and insured personal vehicle
    • Active Uber or Lyft account for vehicle emergencies
    • Must have extensive travel flexibility outside of your immediate city and county
  • Certification: CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)
  • Flexibility: Must be able to travel at least 45 minutes to 1 hour one way
  • References: 12 strong references or letters of recommendation
  • PetFriendly: Comfortable in homes with cats and dogs
  • Work Authorization: US citizenship or work authorization required
  • Background Check: Must have clean criminal and driving records

(SIGNING BONUS) Starting at $100

ADDITIONAL BONUS OPPORTUNITY

(Longevity Bonus) Starting at $150

Bonus Eligibility:

  • Must meet all qualifications including availability timeframe
  • Must meet all requirements (General and Special)
  • Must be able to work one or more shifts needed consistently
  • Must drive your own insured vehicle & hold a valid drivers license
  • Must remain compliant with Agency policies including required training
  • Other terms and conditions may apply

**At the discretion of the company candidates who dont meet strict requirements may be considered for employment excluding bonuses or maybe eligible for a partial bonus**

This is an oncall position within our backup childcare division and daily work is not guaranteed.

We reimburse you on your first pay if you need us to check your criminal history. You can opt to provide us with one that has been checked within the last year and shows a sexual molestation check and driving record check.

You must provide your own valid Infant/Child CPR & First Aid Certification. We do not reimburse you for the certification but can provide you with a online link to become certified at the rate of about $15.
