Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmacy Assistant Manager to join our team at Dr. Moopens Medical College in Wayanad. This is a seniorlevel fulltime position requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing our pharmacy operations and ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.
Qualifications and Skills
- Retail Pharmacy Operations (Mandatory skill) Extensive knowledge and experience in managing daily pharmacy operations and ensuring efficient service.
- Medication Inventory Management (Mandatory skill) Proficient in maintaining optimal inventory levels and managing stock effectively.
- Team Leadership (Mandatory skill) Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets and ensure smooth operations.
- Pharmacy Software Systems Skilled in using pharmacy management software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Customer Service Excellence Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer needs promptly and effectively.
- Regulatory Compliance Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy laws and regulations to ensure full compliance with industry standards.
- Conflict Resolution Adept at resolving conflicts and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Cash Management Efficient in handling cash transactions and reconciling daily sales with accuracy and precision.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the pharmacy ensuring high levels of efficiency and service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of medication usage and ensure appropriate inventory levels are met.
- Lead and support the pharmacy team providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and update staff on any changes to policies or regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and pharmacy services.
- Handle customer inquiries provide expert advice on medication and resolve any issues that arise.
- Oversee cash management processes reconciling sales and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and improve therapeutic outcomes.
