The role


Were seeking a resultsdriven highenergy Sales Executive who thrives in a highcommission fastpaced environment. In this hunter role youll be focused on generating new business upselling and crossselling to existing clients identifying client pain points and delivering tailored IT solutions that meet clients needs.

While we prefer candidates with MSP experience were equally excited to hear from those with a background in solution selling (e.g. SaaS IT services telecoms cybersecurity cloud solutions or complex B2B sales). We value consultative sales professionals who focus on delivering value not just competing on price.



Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Generate Leads Identify and engage midmarket and enterprise clients who need IT solutions.
  • Consultative Selling Understand clients pain points and challenges then position our MSP services as strategic solutions.
  • Pipeline Management Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue.
  • Client Relationship Building Develop strong relationships with decisionmakers from IT managers to Csuite executives.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams Work closely with solution architects and engineers to develop tailored proposals.




Requirements

What were looking for

Proven B2B Sales Experience Background in solution selling within IT services SaaS cloudcybersecurity telecoms or a related field.
Hunter Mentality You thrive on new business cold outreach and closing deals.
Consultative Approach Ability to uncover client needs and sell solutions not just products.
Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills Comfortable engaging with Clevel executivesand IT decisionmakers.
TechSavvy & BusinessMinded Understanding of IT solutions and their business impact(you dont need to be an engineer but you need to sell the value).
