Main Responsibilities

Prospecting and commercial development

  • Maintain and develop our customer file made up of:
    • Heavy goods vehicle dealer
    • Bodybuilders
    • End user customers
  • Create a commercial prospecting plan
  • Make sales to our customers in accordance with the companys commercial policy
  • Master sales techniques and use the tools made available
  • Organize prospecting tours in order to increase our market share
  • Set up commercial operations at customers premises in order to present our products

Customer relationship management

  • Write offers and commercial contracts
  • Negotiate the commercial conditions of the contract
  • Meet customers to ensure commercial followup
  • Ensure commercial monitoring in his sector
  • Evaluate and identify the potential of each customer
  • Organize and prioritize actions on the customer base to meet all needs
  • Ensure the commissioning of bodywork devices

Processing the administrative part

  • Complete the CRM software with commercial information
  • Produce regular activity reporting (weekly)
  • Ensure the proper receipt of invoices and payment from customers
  • Participate in sales meetings
