Job Description

The MTSS Coach will work closely with the Orleans Southwest Supervisory Union MTSS Coordinator to support the districtwide MTSS framework that uses data to strengthen universal instruction and meet the needs of all students through academic behavioral and socialemotional interventions. The MTSS Coach will support staff in the implementation of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) instructional strategies that cultivate Learner Agency through Reflective Practice and help transform their practice from a teacherdriven model to a studentdriven model that targets the indicators and practices outlined in the Learner Agency Teacher Rubric. The placement for this position will be at Hardwick Elementary School.
