As a ThirdParty Risk Analyst your day to day responsibilities will be to gather information security controls evidence from third parties on behalf of our clients. This is an entrylevel position suitable for an ambitious hardworking recent college graduate or college graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience preferably in information risk management.Candidates should be proactive selfmotivated and highly professional with outstanding customer relationship skills.
Successful candidates should be able to perform the following tasks:
Create and deliver online information risk surveys to our clients thirdparty vendors which would include monitoring technical support and final provisioning of reviewed results
Demonstrate strong customer service skills to ensure a smooth evidence collection experience for both clients and vendors
Overcome steep learning curves and have a basic understanding of software application structure and software development lifecycles
Explain and articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and follow basic troubleshooting steps to work through issues
Demonstrate basic project management and documentation skills to manage multiple parallel work streams
Work well under pressure with tight deadlines to deliver superior service to our clients and stakeholders
Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience preferably in information risk
Strong interpersonal skills capable of interacting at all levels of the organization from analyst level to Csuite
Ability to multitask and complete assignments within deadlines that may have short lead times
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong relationship management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Information Systems Information Security Business Administration or Risk Management (or equivalent experience)
Willingness to obtain Industry certifications (e.g. CTPRP CISSP CISM CRISC CIPP CISA)
