Summary of the Position:
Tishman Speyer is seeking to hire a Stationary Engineer to join our team at our Mission Rock property. The Stationary Engineer will be responsible for operating maintaining troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment on all systems. The Stationary Engineer is expected to demonstrate technical expertise in one craft area (e.g. Electrical HVAC Piping/Plumbing and Central Plant Operations) while being skilled in others. Engineering is responsible for maintaining health and safety standards while creating a welcoming environment for our customers (tenants) visitors and the community.

The compensation rate for this role is $69.52 per hour.
This base range reflects a number of factors including but not limited to relevant experience skill sets and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyers San Francisco team as weve considered factors specific to this geography.
