Youll be responsible for slicing fresh veggies like onions lettuce and tomatoes baking our signature bread and cooking crispy baconall to perfection. Your role is key to ensuring our sandwiches start with the freshest ingredients delivered with consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Slice vegetables (onions lettuce tomatoes) for sandwiches
• Bake fresh bread and cook bacon to order
• Keep prep area clean and organized
• Ensure ingredients are stocked and ready for busy shifts

We have a wide range of positions and shifts available in our daily schedule from openers at 7am to midday shifts to closers at 9pm.

As a Crew Member you will be responsible for understanding daily operations and tasks as well as Jersey Mikes Subs highestlevel of sub making and customer engagement. Your role will be very important as part of the crew. Your commitment to learn about Jersey Mikes and meet our esteemed standards across the brand will ensure your success behind the line.

• Proper procedure for making subs

• Know & practice7 Principles of Success

• Top notch customer engagement (this is a level above service)

• Assist in food preparation and ensure quality standards are met

• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Job Types: Fulltime Parttime

Pay: $1518 per hour

Expected hours: 20 40 hours per week

Qualifications for the job:

Education: High school degree or equivalent

1 Year QSR experience preferred

Other: Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer

Serve Safe Certification Food Handler

Must have reliable transportation
