This Role
- Provide comprehensive evidencebased primary care for our communitys children and their families
- Conducting well visits (including vaccine administration) and sick care in the patients home
- Virtual care (text messages phone calls and video visits) throughout your work day
- Rotating 24/7 evening weekend and holiday call schedule
- We dont schedule well visits on the weekends but weekend visits are available from 9am1:30pm for illness concerns that cant be resolved virtually or newborns discharged from the delivery hospital on a Friday
