About the role...

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GoToMarket (GTM) Focused Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and an understanding of sales marketing & CS processes and strategies. This role is critical in driving our GTM initiatives by providing actionable insights and analytics that support decisionmaking and optimize our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect analyze and interpret data from various sources to support GTM strategies.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards reports and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and marketing.
    • Provide regular and adhoc reports to stakeholders highlighting trends insights and actionable recommendations.
  2. Business Intelligence Development:
    • Model commerical system data in DBT & BI Tool to enhance data accessibility and usability for GTM teams.
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
    • Stay uptodate with the latest BI tools and technologies to continuously improve our analytics capabilities.
  3. GTM Strategy Support:
    • Collaborate with sales marketing CS and product teams to understand GTM goals and challenges.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives providing datadriven insights to optimize performance.
    • Provide training and support to GTM teams on how to effectively use BI tools and interpret data insights.
