Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Banquet Manager to lead our banquet operations and uphold our commitment to excellence.
Position Overview:
The Banquet Manager is responsible for the planning coordination and of all banquet functions to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction. This role requires a handson leader with excellent organizational skills attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all banquet operations including setup service and breakdown of events.
- Work closely with Sales Catering and Culinary teams to ensure event specifications are met.
- Train schedule and lead banquet staff ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.
- Oversee the setup of banquet rooms according to event orders and guest expectations.
- Monitor and manage inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by consistently delivering quality service and responding to feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations.
- Manage event logistics and proactively resolve any issues or changes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 23 years of banquet or event management experience in a hotel conference center or similar environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexible schedule including availability on evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of banquet operations audio/visual equipment and food & beverage service standards.
