The Occupational Therapist is responsible for performing client evaluations developing and providing occupational therapy services and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each patient.Minimum Requirements:Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practiceMust be a graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational TherapyOne 1 year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferredCurrent CPR if applicableTB Questionnaire PPD or chest xray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age
