Job Description
We are offering a $2000 hiring bonus (paid out over course of year)
Our technicians will make between $65000 $90000 per year.

We are dedicated to investing in your personal and professional growth by providing you with the education and training to perform at the top of our field. As a Field Service Technician you will be an integral part of our talented and experienced team.
We provide a company truck and all scheduled appointments. You will be independently responding to assigned customer service calls; interacting with customers while troubleshooting root causes; providing solutions and making appropriate repairs for long term reliability and performance of residential garage doors and openers.
Responsibilities:
- We provide the schedule appointments offer great training a company truck and all the support needed to excel in this great sales job.
- Leads are booked by our call center for customers that have a real need to replace service install or repair their garage doors and openers.
- Youre dispatched to solve the customers problems and take care of their needs and wants with our exclusive products training and warranties.
- You will interact with customers daily providing them with excellent customer service.
- You will repair existing residential garage doors and openers as well as selling new garage doors and openers.
Qualifications:
- An exceptional work ethic
- A strong attendance record
- Ability to deliver superior customer service and a commitment to maintaining highquality standard
- Ability to pass drug screening and a background check
- Ability to lift 5075 lbs.
- Basic Mechanical Skills
- Some sales experience closing deals and customer service preferred
