Job Description
Overview
Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population If so our Rehab Team at The Community at Rockhill and Peter Becker are seeking its next employeeowner team member.
This is a 40 hour a week role and Symbria is offering a 5K Sign On Bonus
Please note that this role will split between The Community at Rockhill Sellersville and Peter Becker Harleysville
The position would be 2.5 days for each location only traveling 1 day per week (travel time is paid). Supporting our SNF oncampus outpatient (PC/IL) and oncampus home health.
Responsibilities
As a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Qualifications
- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
- Hold CPR Certification
- Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
- Its great to have had acute care longterm care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
