What Youll Do:
As a valued ServiceMaster Clean Floor Technician youll be trusted to maintain and transform floors into sparkling showcases. With ServiceMasters tools and methods youll tackle:
- Daily Floor Care: Sweeping mopping polishing and vacuuming.
- Carpet Maintenance: Shampooing and spot cleaning.
- Hard Floor Restoration: Stripping waxing and buffing.
- Team Support: Moving furniture and managing supplies.
- A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn.
- The ability to stand walk and lift up to 55 lbs. throughout your shift.
- Experience as a floor tech is a plus but not requiredwell train you!
- A teamfirst attitude and flexibility to work at a fast pace.

ServiceMaster PBM of Lincoln is looking to hire 2 Full Time Project Crew Technicians to join our SMPBM Team! We are a family oriented and locally owned small business in Lincoln NE.
- Ideal candidate skills flexibility attentive to detail organized and a self starter.
- Be able to pass multiple criminal background screens for various customers. (no theft charges or felonies preferred)
- Use of a smart phone with data and internet access is needed for training and clocking in.
- Ability to read write and communicate the English language.
- Have a valid drivers license (preferred) with the ability to drive company vehicles.
- Open availability for Emergency Weekend and/or Daytime Projects as needed.
