The ideal candidate will help create execute and support Growth (Recruiting & Retention R&R) Expansion (through Franchise Sales Mergers & Acquisitions FS) and value proposition marketing strategies for RE/MAX LLC. An aptitude to learn quickly and effectively multitask is needed without sacrificing on attention to detail. This position is an important member of the B2B marketing team working directly with the VP of Marketing Director of Marketing and various other marketing and creative team members to help with daytoday functions to support the growth of RE/MAX in both the US and Canada. This role requires someone who is selfmotivated professional and a team player with a positive attitude. This person should be ready to hit the ground running as soon as they are on board therefore should have some previous experience in a similar position.

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level experience industry specific knowledge education/certifications or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
