EnSafe seeks a talented and experienced Sr. Environmental Project Manager to join ourTampa or Jacksonville FLteam.
The successful candidate will be offered relocation assistance if needed.

What We Are Looking For
An Environmental Project Manager who is analytical and an environmental strategist known for practical experience in investigations. One who is ready to lead our field teams. A project manager who enjoys working on a wide range of projects in an environment that fosters creativity collaboration at all levels a culture of support and professional growth. EnSafe emphasizes empowering staff to practice our profession passionately and without limitations.
What You Will Be Doing:
The successful candidate will work on projects ranging from site investigations to regulatory compliance tasks feasibility studies and remedial design and/or implementation. EnSafe is a sell/manage/do organization so your duties will also include supporting marketing/business development efforts and serving in a managing role over support staff:
- Provide client and project management coordination and implementation of comprehensive project work associated with environmental investigations and remediation oversight primarily for our DoD clients and municipal projects.
- Managing fieldwork compiling data preparing reports and overseeing projects.
- Managing environmental site assessments and remediation projects.
- CERCLA Remedial Investigations/Feasibility Studies.
- Preparation of work plans and UFPSAPs.
- Understanding of local state and federal environmental regulations and reporting requirements.
Preferred:
- Experience with environmental DoD contracts.
- Experience in emerging contaminants such as PFAS.
What You Will Need
- BS in Engineering (Civil Mechanical Environmental or Chemical) Geology or related environmental science.
- 10 years of experience in environmental compliance geology and/or environmental engineering.
- PE or PG License.
- Project Management experience is required.
- Strong consulting and critical thinking skills are required.
- Communication skills written and verbal are critical to success.
