As an HRIS Advisor you will utilize your extensive knowledge of Workday configuration with a particular emphasis on Advanced Compensation Recruiting and Security. You will partner with the HR Team offering consultancy and recommendations while collaborating with your teammates worldwide. Additionally you will implement solutions to enhance both the employee experience and operational efficiency within the Workday platform
What Youll Bring:
35 Years experience configuring Workday Advanced Compensation leading annual compensation cycles or as an implementation partner
Experience configuring Workday Recruiting
Strong Workday Security knowledge
Workday reporting & calculated field experience
Strong knowledge with process optimization interpreting Workday functional research and gaps within the product to provide alternate solutions guide functional team members and customers
Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Workday
Offer configuration expertise and guidance to HRIS team members and stakeholder
Highly collaborative with a problemsolving designthinking and customercentric mindset coupled with a high level of curiosity
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to pivot in a fastpaced global environment

Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Expertise in acquisition integration work to seamlessly integrate HR systems solutions

You will bring a deep understanding of HR process and technology
Ability to implement solutions and enhance the employee experience and operation efficiency within the Workday platform
This role reports directly to the HRIS Sr Manager
Optimize and automate HR workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency
Implement userfriendly configurations that make it easier for employees to access and use HR services
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous configuration and regular audits
Introduce new features and functionalities that keep the HR system up to date with the latest trends and technologies

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as inperson at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $112500.00 $187500 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individuals education training work experience jobrelated skill set location and industry knowledge as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Regular fulltime nonsales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnions annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for longterm incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.TransUnions Internal Job Title:
