Merlin Law Group PLLC. is seeking a Digital Marketing Managerwith 5 years of experience to join our growing team!

We are seeking a strategic datadriven Digital Marketing Manager to lead all aspects of our advertising presence and help propel the firms continued growth.

Position Overview: As the Digital Marketing Manager you will have at least 5 years of experience and will own the strategy and optimization of all online advertising and digital marketing efforts. From SEO to SEM Google Ads to Meta Ads this role is central to our digital growth engine. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and have the opportunity to influence key strategic decisions and expand your responsibilities as the firm grows.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital marketing channels experience in managing campaigns and the ability to analyze performance data to drive continuous improvements.

They should be analytical resultsdriven and comfortable managing both inhouse initiatives and external digital agencies. They will also present performance insights and campaign strategies to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive leads increase brand visibility and support business growth goals.

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads Meta (Facebook and Instagram) LinkedIn Bing and YouTube.

• Lead all SEO efforts including technical audits onpage optimization keyword strategy and backlinkbuilding.

• Oversee and continuously improve the websites user experience content speed and conversion performance.

• Track analyze and report on key performance metrics such as CTR CPC ROAS CAC LTV and conversion rates offering datadriven recommendations.

• Present digital strategy performance updates and insights to the Marketing Director and executive stakeholders.

• Stay up to date with emerging digital platforms trends (Including AI) and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in marketing digital Marketing business or related field.

• 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media SEO performance analytics.

• Proven success managing multichannel digital campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.

• Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with digital marketing agencies.

• Handson expertise with Google Analytics (GA4 Google Tag Manager (GTM) SEO tools and ad performance platforms.

• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex data in an engaging and persuasive way.

• Experience with WordPress HubSpot CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
