Job Description
Description of the role:Kansas City Hyundai is seeking a dedicated Maintenance/Groundskeeper to join our team in Merriam KS. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the dealerships grounds and facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the dealerships grounds including parking lots walkways and landscaping.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as trash removal snow removal and minor repairs.
- Monitor and report any safety hazards or repairs needed within the premises.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or maintenance preferred.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
