we are seeking a Summer Analyst Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Real Estate who will contribute to our Technology Team by assisting with various projects focusing on how to apply advanced AI techniques to realworld retailer property challenges. This position will have geographic flexibility to work remotely offered by Tangers hubandspoke approach to a modern Teamsdriven workplace.

About the Role:

As the Summer Analyst Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Real Estate you will assist with the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models to enhance our retail real estate analysis forecasting and decisionmaking processes.

How you will contribute to what we do:

• Assist in the collection cleaning and processing of data from various retail real estate sources to support AI modeling and analysis.
• Develop and deploy AI models and machine learning algorithms for tasks such as predictive analytics tenant demand forecasting pricing optimization and location analysis.
• Work with product owner and business analysts to understand real estate challenges and translate them into AI solutions.
• Contribute to the design testing and refinement of AI tools that can automate and improve decisionmaking in retail real estate.
• Collaborate with other team members to integrate AI insights into userfriendly dashboards and reports.
• Conduct research on the latest trends and best practices in AI applications for real estate and retail industries.

About You:

• You currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in Computer Science Data Science Engineering Mathematics or a related field.
• You are familiar with AI tools or platforms such as TensorFlow PyTorch or similar is a plus. Additionally exposure to retail real estate concepts such as site selection market analysis and lease abstraction is also beneficial.
• You have strong knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques (e.g. supervised and unsupervised learning deep learning and natural language processing).
• You have proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or similar with a strong understanding of data analysis libraries.
• You have experience with data processing tools (e.g. SQL Excel or other cloud computing environments).
• You are familiar with AI tools or platforms such as TensorFlow PyTorch or similar is a plus.
• You have a passion for AI real estate and using technology to solve complex problems.
• You can build and maintain chatbased interfaces to enhance user interactions with AI tools and provide realtime support and insights.
• You have experience with Azure AI studio or any thirdparty AI studio.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with Business and IT individuals.
• You can demonstrate effective problemsolving skills and critical thinking skills.
• You understand the software development life cycle.

Hiring Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Tangers total compensation package for employees.

Hiring Range:$23.00 $29.00 per hour
