The primary functions of the Customer Service Representative are to assist internal and external customers by providing product and service information and resolving customer issues.
Job Duties
- Ensure accurate and timely distributor order processing including returns and credits.
- Confirming pricing item number/description and quantities are correct.
- Provide information about the products and services pricing order status billing returns and credits.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Ensure accurate and timely distributor order processing.

- Ability to research issues independently to determine root cause and corrective action needed.
- Demonstrate follow up action with customers distributors sales force and end users.
- Provide continuous and responsive support to sales force.
- Ability to work with other departments such as Shipping Production and Purchasing.
- Heavy filing contract updates data entry backup special projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work MondayFriday 8am5pm (not a remote position).
- Must have strong ability to prioritize multitask and problem solve.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and great work ethic whether they are working with others or working unsupervised.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills written and verbal.
- Adaptability to work efficiently and effectively daily under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365. Strong Excel skills a
- Proficient in NetSuite preferred but not required.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years related experience in customer service inside sales support or related fields; (experience in retail field is not applicable)
- Prolonged periods of sitting
- Strength dexterity coordination and vision to use keyboard and computer monitor for prolonged periods of time.
