The Consumer Product Brand and Marketplace (CPBM) Operations team includes consumer and functional experts that drive product delivery from concept to market. The team includes operations experts focused on Merchandising Design Apparel Footwear and our consumers that work alongside teams that enable insights data critical investment projects and our product lifecycle.

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

In this role you will report to the Senior Director of Mens Operations and partner closely with the Global Mens Nike Sportswear (NSW) leaders as a member of the Mens NSW Leadership team. In addition you will partner closely with Womens and Kids NSW leaders and teams and work across other areas of the business to ensure continuity and alignment of strategies and plans.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Director of Mens NSW Operations. As a member of the Mens NSW leadership team you will be accountable for driving the translation of strategy into operational action in both seasonal and seasonagnostic processes. You will shape crossfunctional seasonal process to develop compelling consumerright concepts refine them as functional inputs mature into real products marketing experiences and marketplace plans and ultimately deliver inspiring and actionable tools to Geo teams to bring to life.

The ideal candidate must be a strategic thoughtpartner with a passion for serving our consumer and product excellence. This person must have the drive to sense and scope problems across the sizeable Sportswear business connect and align across consumergroups Energy partners and geographies as well as the agility to pivot and respond to a dynamic business landscape.

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Management Marketing or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10 years of Product Consumer and or Operations experience
  • Proven ability to work on crossfunctional teams influence leadership and drive project momentum forward
  • Excellent strategic agility and ability to pivot plans in flight
  • Calm focused presence on a team that metabolizes a lot of change
  • Strong resource management skills with the ability to lead workstreams ontime and inbudget
  • Strong peoplefirst partnership mindset to Womens and Kids NSW teams

WHAT YOULL WORK ON

In this role you will establish the Operational playbook for Mens NSW from Concept Launch to GlobalGeo Pivot to Franchise Reporting postlaunch. You will drive our seasonal strategy and ensure the crossfunctional deliverables cohere and can be executed downstream. You will create and manage a standard of practice ensuringthe highest standard of quality consistency accuracy while pushing the boundaries of current operations.

As a people manager you will also lead a direct report to work together to operate both Mens NSW and the SB business. In your work with the Mens NSW team you will lead a squad of crossfunctional experts in delivering our concepts from design to market ensuring timely planning and through the critical dates for our seasons. As an experienced operator and leader who builds from the ground up and brings people along the way you will guide our leadership team through our product marketing and marketplace processes leveraging existing and always evolving processes.

  • A knack for framing opportunities synthesizing challenging problems and comfort with ambiguity
