What You Can Expect

TheDirector of Product Line ManagementforStorage and Memory Subsystemswill oversee the development and strategic direction of Marvells portfolio ofhighperformance storageandmemory solutions. This role will focus on creating solutions for nextgenerationcloud data centersAI systems andhighperformance computing. You will collaborate closely with hyperscalers cloud providers and leading technology partners to deliver customized and innovative products while ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.

We are looking for aProduct Line Directorwith a deep understanding ofstorage and memory technologies includingflash storage solutions andadvanced interconnect technologies. In this role you will be responsible forshaping product strategy defining product roadmaps and driving growth in thedata centerandcloud computing markets. You will take ownership of bothinboundandoutbound product management working closely withengineeringsales andmarketing teamsto ensure seamless .

You will play a key role in guiding Marvells product direction and developing competitive solutions forAI workloadsedge computing andrealtime data analytics:

• Product Definition and Prioritization: Guide the creation and ofcustom storage and memory subsystems defining product roadmaps that meet the needs ofAIcloud infrastructure anddata center operators.
• Business Planning: Lead themarket and technology analysis including tracking trends market sizing (TAM SAM SOM)competitive analysis and pricing strategy. Formulate business plans that align product strategies with revenue growth and market leadership.
• Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of competitors products positioning Marvells solutions as differentiated and aligned with customer needs. Ensure thatcollateral materials and marketing assets communicate Marvellscompetitive advantageeffectively.
• Collateral Creation: Lead the creation of customerfacing materials such asproduct demosdata sheetstechnical briefssales scripts andcase studies. Guide the sales team on how to leverage these resources effectively in customer engagements.
• Outbound Marketing Activities: Actively lead and participate inindustry eventstrade shows andproduct launches. Drivejoint marketingefforts withpartnersto enhance product visibility and adoption.
• Defining Compelling Solutions: Develop clear impactfulvalue propositionsfor customers ensuring solutions are aligned with themarket needsand endorsed bykey customers.
• Product and Solution Requirement Documents (MRD/PRD): Develop clear and comprehensiveMRDsandPRDsthat ensure engineering and crossfunctional teams are aligned on product specifications and .
• Drive Product Lifecycle: Oversee the product lifecycle from initial development through tomass production ensuring that products meet the market demands and business objectives.
• Strategy Development with Sales and Crossfunctional Teams: Collaborate withsalesengineering andmarketingteams to create product strategies that deliverdesign winsand promote longterm business growth withtargeted customers.
• Manage Key Ecosystem and Technology Alliances: Develop and manage relationships withecosystem partnerstechnology alliances and other stakeholders to ensure the success of products and solutions in the market.
• Reference Design Development: Partner withengineeringto create reference design solutions and work closely with customers to implement solutions tailored to their specific use cases and platforms.

What Were Looking For

B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or related) required MSEE and/or MBA preferred.
7 years of relevant experience indata center storagewith a solid understanding ofhighperformance storagememory technologies anddata center architecture.
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills to all levels of the corporation internal teams partners and customers.
Proven leadership with the ability to manage crossfunctional teams and drivestrategic product roadmapsandmarket positioning.
Demonstrated experience inproduct lifecycle management from concept to volume production including strong knowledge of thestorage and memory subsystemspace.
Proven track record inbusiness planning includingmarket sizing(TAM SAM SOM)competitive analysispricing strategy andrevenue forecasting.
Must be highly motivated selfdriven and able to learn and adapt to emerging technologies in the storage and memory space.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

$ per annum

The successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on jobrelated skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
