Job Description
We are looking for a Lube Technician to join our growing ServiceTeam.Here at Airport Marina Honda we are strong advocators of career growth and our employees can attest to that! - The hourly lube technician position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of between $16.04 and $20.00.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check and communicate oil level to other Teammates
- Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
- Complete vehicle inspection
- Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
- Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
- Ensure that the service center is clean and presentable
- Complete any and all Recalls on Vehicle
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles
- Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicles breakdown or damage
- Use power tools machine tools and common hand tools to perform various tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to identify the problem quickly
- Knowledge of automobiles
- Effective analytical and communication skills
- Strong reading computer and mathematics skills
- Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
- Comfortable operating electronic diagnostic equipment
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical degree preferred
- ASE certifications preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in service department
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Positive friendly attitude
- Willing to submit a background check and drug screen
