Now Hiring: Daybreak Activity Associate
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Daybreak Activity Associate to join our team. In this role you will assist with providing engaging activities personal care and support for program participants while ensuring a safe and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with educational and skillmaintenance activities for participants.
Support participants who desire to engage in workrelated activities.
Act as a positive role model encouraging growth and development.
Ensure a safe work environment is maintained at all times.
Accompany and assist participants on outings.
Provide personal care and assistance to program participants as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of all individuals receiving services.
Document case notes and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to make safetyrelated decisions and act in the best interest of participants.
Proficiency in reading writing speaking and understanding English.
Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.
Physical capability to push/pull wheelchairs and assist with lifting individuals out of wheelchairs.
