Job Description
At ChickfilA Pembroke Lakes Mall Managers are responsible for leading in all areas of the business from ensuring smooth operations to business management. Managers are expected to embody our core values: excellence growth grit pride & community. Managers will work operationally while leading team leaders and team members to accomplish our common goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and Develop Team Members and Team Leaders
- Maintain Excellence in your are of the Business
- Ensure we are Following all ChickfilA Requirements
- Setting and Accomplishing Business Goals
- Manage Labor Cost
- Manage Food Cost
- Continually Learn and Grow
- Provide a Quality Experience for all Guests
- Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
- Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to the Operator
- Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures
- Work with the Operator to Create Systems and Processes to Efficiently Operate the Restaurant
