Spring Office MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST EXPERIENCED
Growing Medical Practice is looking for a friendly dedicated and experienced Medical Receptionist to join their team! We have two offices one in Conroe and Spring Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients
- Answer phone calls
- Manage paperwork via Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Must have professional demeanor.
- Must be detailed and possess strong accuracy.
- Oversee the appointment scheduling process from phone or electronic requests appointments and check out procedures.
- Insurance verifications
- Financial duties and responsibilities
- Facility cleaning responsibilities
Required Skills:
- Team Player
- Accurate Dependable Friendly Polite Professional poise
- Strong communication skills
- Must be multitask oriented and able manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Experience with Insurance verifications
- EMR eClinical Works experience preferred but not required.
- Microsoft Office Intermediate level
- Knowledge of general office equipment including fax machine copier scanner multiline telephone calculator and personal computer
BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) IS A PLUS!!
