As a Summer Gate Attendant at North Lake Tapps youll be the ambassador of fun setting the tone for everyones park experience with topnotch customer service and a positive attitude.

Why Its a Great Department:
Pierce County Parks and Recreation manages over 5200 acres of open space trails developed and undeveloped parks. We provide recreation programs and infrastructure in active and passive parks and trails. The department consists of three divisions: Parks and Recreation Administration and Resource Stewardship. Our mission is to be a leader in creating livable communities by providing opportunities for people to connect with nature learn about sustainable practices live healthy lifestyles and enjoy vibrant community spaces.

About the Positions/Schedules:
Hours vary typically 15 35 hoursper week for 18 weeks (MaySeptember).
  • Morning 7:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
  • Afternoon 12:45 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
