Hours/Shifts:Weekend transportation coverage.**Hours may vary based on resident needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule transportation for residents based on medical social and personal needs.
- Communicate effectively with residents families drivers and facility staff to ensure timely transportation.
- Monitor and track scheduled rides to ensure punctuality and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules vehicle maintenance logs and resident transportation requests.
- Address any transportationrelated concerns or issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal transportation regulations and facility policies.
- Assist residents with mobility needs including wheelchair transport when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in transportation coordination scheduling or logistics preferred.
- Familiarity with longterm care or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic computer applications.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record (if required to operate facility vehicles).
- CPR and CNA Certifications are required.
