Job Description
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Perform basic vehicle service & maintenance conduct thorough Multipoint vehicle inspections identify vehicle service needs.
- Knowledge of CDK operating systems usage of AllData systems.
- Communicate directly with Service Advisors so that customers are informed if any additional service recommendations including cost estimates of additional repairs
- Execute repairs and minor warranty work to manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain high work standards with Fixed right first visit.
- Prior Service Technician experience preferred.
- High school diploma Trade school certificate or equivalent.
- Dexterity requiring a steady hand excellent handeye coordination
- Mechanical repair skills and ability to operate basic electronic equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive friendly attitude along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
