Job Description
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time OnCall Registered Nurse (RN)Case Managerposition in the Victoriaarea.
Job Description:
The Registered Nurse OnCall position includes the followingjob duties: Admissions Discharges and Pronouncements.Assisting the Triage Nurse and some assessments are required.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN in the State of Texas required
- 1yearsexperience as a RN preferred
- Experience with Hospice or Home Health preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
- The ability to travel usingreliable transportation
- Clean backgrounddrug screen and driving record
