A Care Assistant assists and supports residents using a personcentred approach in a wide range of daily activities so that they can achieve optimum wellbeing independence selfexpression and fulfilment. The Care Assistant will strive to provide all residents their relatives or representatives volunteers external visitors and colleagues with a positive customer experience and uphold the reputation of Springdene Care Homes Group as a caring professional service provider.
