Membership Sales Representative

About Us: StretchLab is a leading provider of oneonone assisted stretching services dedicated to helping individuals improve flexibility enhance performance and prevent injury. With a team of highly trained Flexologists and a welcoming environment we offer personalized stretching sessions tailored to each clients needs.
Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and resultsdriven Membership Sales Representative to join our team at StretchLab. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in health and wellness.
Pay Rate: $17$20 with commission.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and prospect potential members through various channels including networking events outreach campaigns and community partnerships.
- Conduct consultations with individuals interested in our stretching services understanding their goals and recommending suitable membership options.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of regular stretching and our membership packages to inspire potential members to join.
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close membership sales.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to maintain engagement and drive conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and best practices in sales and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales preferably in a fitness or wellnessrelated industry.
- Passion for health wellness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential members.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic knowledge of stretching techniques and their benefits is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
