Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to lead our test automation efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing developing and maintaining automation frameworks to improve the efficiency quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing within the development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Design develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for UI API and performance testing.Develop and execute automated test scripts using industrystandard tools such as Selenium Appium TestNG JUnit Cucumber Playwright Cypress etc.Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing using Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI/CD or other similar tools.Collaborate with developers QA engineers and product managers to understand requirements and define automation test strategies.Enhance test coverage for functional regression integration and performance testing.Analyze and report automation test results identify defects and assist in troubleshooting issues.Maintain and improve test data management strategies for automated testing.Research and implement new automation tools and best practices to optimize test and efficiency.Mentor and guide junior automation engineers.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors/masters degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.6 years of experience in test automation with strong programming skills in Java Python JavaScript or C#.Handson experience with Selenium Appium Cypress Playwright TestNG JUnit or similar automation frameworks.Experience in API automation testing using Postman RestAssured Karate or similar tools.Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI/CD Azure DevOps etc..Experience with version control systems like Git.
