Job Purpose:

Vantage Financial is a leading provider of equipment leasing solutions specializing in facilitating access to crucial equipment across various industries and we are seeking an accomplished and strategic SVP Managing Director to drive growth strengthen client relationships and expand our market leadership. With a commitment to innovation and client satisfaction Vantage Financial aims to empower businesses to thrive by offering flexible leasing options tailored to their specific needs.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry experience a strong executive presence and will be a selfmotivated individual with a proven track record of success in sales particularly in the equipment leasing industry. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth foster client relationships and contribute to the expansion of Vantage Financial.

Job Duties:

  • Identify and capitalize on highvalue new business opportunities across multiple industries
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with Clevel executives financial decisionmakers and key stakeholders positioning Vantage Financial as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering expert guidance on equipment leasing options terms and financial considerations.
  • Lead negotiations for multimilliondollar transactions structuring customized leasing solutions that align with clients financial and operational goals. Manage a robust sales pipeline tracking leads opportunities and deals through the sales cycle to ensure timely closure and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand market share enhance brand visibility and differentiate Vantage Financial in the competitive leasing landscape.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends regulatory changes and competitive developments to shape business strategy and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including underwriting operations and customer service to ensure seamless of lease transactions and exceptional service delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and analyses to monitor performance against goals and provide insights for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to sales professionals fostering a culture of excellence innovation and clientfirst thinking.
  • Will perform special projects as assigned.

Education Job Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of success in the equipment leasing industry.
  • Strong understanding of equipment leasing principles terms and practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth build client relationships and negotiate effectively to close deals. Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Goaldriven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and proactively to drive business outcomes.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fastpaced evolving environment with the flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of success in the equipment leasing industry.
