An exciting opportunity has arisen for Product Development Specialist to join our Lantmnnen Unibake team at our office in Pantelimon Ilfov.
Reporting to Marketing Manager you will drive innovation and/or product development in specified categories by following defined process.
This is what you will do
- Coordinate the process for new products developments in line with Category plan and/or approved customer briefs and in close cooperation with the others departments;
- Participate in innovation / product development project plan in collaboration with Commercial department;
- Work in crossfunctional teams to coordinate in full the process of product development and move towards launch to market. Ensure necessary documentation is filled in entirely accurately and in time;
- Work with Commercial and Operations teams to evaluate the commercial opportunity and the viability for manufacturing and distribution of new products;
- Track and evaluate the performance of the products after launch and identify key learning points for feedback into future innovation initiatives.
